Santa Ana Arts Collective

Magis Realty listens to the Santa Ana community. After hearing the shared wishes of both local artists and elected officials to see the development of affordable housing specifically for artists, Magis sought out a property that would fill this need. Magis birthed a vision to convert a five- story, largely vacant and underutilized office building, on the corner of Main and Seventeenth Street, into a vibrant community where artists will live and work together, fostering their collective creativity in a beautifully recreated physical environment. The development has received all necessary entitlements and construction is scheduled to begin in 2017.
