Tom’s Truck Center

An mini-master planned urban infill project just a stone’s throw east of DTSA. At almost seven acres, this for-sale residential development will be the largest residential housing development that the downtown area has seen. Project consists of over 160 units with a mix of single family detached homes, townhomes, and condominiums. It will also include a historical rehab of the Raitt Dairy building that will include residential units along with a historical resource center and gallery. The development embraces the historic industrial nature of the neighborhood while at the same time introducing modern yet warm architectural stylings. Entitlement approvals anticipated for early 2017 with construction to begin late 2017.
